WebI just rinse my face with water and pat dry. I find cleansing can be overly drying, which can actually cause your skin to produce extra oil in an attempt to moisturize itself. I also tend to skip toner. Most toners meant for oily skin are very drying, in my experience. Again, drying out your skin can cause it to produce extra oil.
